Even though we are past the very beginning of the new year, you can still set yourself up for success by starting and sticking to some resolutions. It’s never too late to start improving your daily life! Here is a list of 25 resolutions that have absolutely nothing to do with losing weight (because your body is and will always be the least interesting thing about you).

  1. Start a morning routine and stick with it
  2. Daily journaling 
  3. Daily walks – so good for your mental health
  4. Volunteer regularly – weekly or monthly 
  5. Create boundaries and stick to them
  6. Use all of your vacation days & don’t feel bad about it (you deserve it)
  7. Learn a new language
  8. Try something outside of your comfort zone monthly
  9. Read more – One book a week, month, whatever works for you
  10. Clean out your space and donate what you don’t need monthly
  11. Freshen up your space with each season
  12. Get a sleep routine
  13. Try a digital detox
  14. Buy a cookbook and make a meal from it every week
  15. Save up more money than the year before
  16. Listen to a new podcast each week
  17. Start a side hustle – passion project
  18. Update all the basics in your closet
  19. Start therapy – no shame in this!
  20. Open an etsy shop and show off your creativity 
  21. Take a workout class that’s out of your comfort zone
  22. Prioritize eco-friendly choices
  23. Become more punctual 
  24. Try a new hobby until one sticks
  25. Spend more time with the important people in your life 

Remember that resolutions should be about improving who you are as a person. Not about losing weight and changing your body. You’re already beautiful the way that you are.
