What you’ll need:
9 cups rice Chex cereal
1 package chocolate chips or your choice (I prefer milk chocolate)
1/2 cup Peanut butter (or alternative if you’re allergic)
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar (may need more or less)
Directions: Put the chocolate chips into a large microwave safe bowl and microwave for 60 seconds. Stir, then microwave for 20 second intervals until melted. Be careful not to burn! Add peanut butter to the chocolate ships and stir under combined and smooth. Pour Chex cereal into the bowl and stir under all of the cereal is covered (you may break some pieces of cereal in the process, that’s totally okay). Transfer the mixture into 2 large zip-lock bags. Pour half of the sugar into each bag, then seal the bags and shake it like a polaroid picture.. HA – JK shake until all cereal is covered. and TA-DA! Eat some while it’s hot (my favorite) and then put into a container. Placing in the fridge is optional.
