Where are my lady friends at? This one’s for you!

Let’s talk Galentine’s Day – which is unofficially celebrated every year on February 13th as a day for us ladies to celebrate each other. Otherwise known as the perfect time to show your besties how much they mean to you. Count me in!

After college, most of my best girlfriends moved out of state, making Galentine’s Day the perfect opportunity to send them a little something to let them know how much I love and miss them.

Yes, I said we because I got myself one too, lol it was too cute not too!

I love getting my friends silly gifts especially when they relate to inside jokes between us. Since I will be mailing this gift, I want to make sure it not only makes her smile, but makes her laugh! I’m a big believer that it’s all about the details and that little extra, can go a long way! I not only wanted to send my BFF some cute items but my goal is to make it an experience so when she opens her gift, her eyes light up because of all the cute items. It was a no brainer for me to send her a foam letter board with a message on it – I mean that is SO much more fun than a traditional card don’t you think? I also decided to include this adorable Farmhouse wood bead garland to help decorate the package. And I love that it’s also something she can use for her home as well! I actually may buy one for myself, like how cute would it look on a coffee table?!

5. Relaxation

Who doesn’t love a good candle? Seriously though. I can probably spot 6 in my home from where I’m sitting at my desk right now, LOL. As soon as I saw this candle on Jane.com I knew it was absolutely perfect for my BFF. There were so many different sayings as well as scents to choice from that were all fun and spunky, which will make her gift that much more fun! I decided on the saying, “Miss your Face” because I truly do miss her face and I think will make her laugh.

If you’re on a budget, I think getting each of your BFFs a candle for Galentine’s Day is such a great idea! It’s a small, affordable option but can really make someone’s day, especially if you choose one with a cute saying on it like I did!

For those of you ladies who have a man this Valentine’s Day, I have THE FUNNIEST gift idea for you. I saw it on Jane.com and absolutely had to purchase. I got Jamie these boxers that say “Property of Kelsey.” LOL! I can’t wait to see his face when he opens his gift. I’ll keep ya’ll updated on that.
