Here are the current trends I’m seeing when it comes to bridesmaid dresses. Keep in mind that you should choose a dress (or dresses) that truly fit who you are and your style. I also love the idea of letting your bridesmaids have input. Trust me, I get it, sometimes with too many opinions it gets crazy but I also think it’s really important that they feel comfortable in what they’re wearing. If they’re comfortable they will have so much more fun!

My bridesmaid dresses are from Show Me Your Mumu and I went the route of choosing one color but allowing each bridesmaid to pick which style they liked best. It’s important to me that they feel good at my wedding! My bridesmaids are all pretty easy-going, so I knew it wouldn’t cause any drama to have them pick. I just wanted to make sure that they looked good cohesively in the lineup so I texted each one individually, going down the line, and gave them 1-3 options each. I chose these options based on what I liked, what I thought matched their style, and what I thought they’d look good in. I took the image of each model on the website, popped it into Canva, and was able to actually see what the dresses would look like together. It took 1-2 hours of texting/waiting for a response/figuring out the dress options/etc. but after that, it was an easy process to order!
